Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you! To best serve all of my clients, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the service total and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• If you’re running late, please let me know. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.
Emergencies happen — please reach out to discuss any last-minute changes.
